16x1 inch black, red ,blue, or white strap with double snap buttons.  The tags are single sided.  EOD embroidery 1/2 inch in height and then your choice of initials/numbers upto 3 characters.  EOD will be the same color as initials.  If no initials, type "none" in the Personalization box.
