Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for store credit at equal value to the purchased product price (shipping/handling excluded.) You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase or shipping date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Customer is responsible for any shipping/handling fees associated with a return/exchange. If a product is not in the original condition that you received it in, a credit will not be processed.
Custom orders are non refundable. If you are not satisfied with your custom project, please contact us so we can come up with a solution.
